Unmask My City is a global air pollution and health initiative in which doctors, nurses, public health practitioners, and allied healthcare professionals campaigned to improve air quality and reducing emissions in our cities around the world. Built for the Global Climate and Health Alliance and HEAL, the central tool of the project is custom-built masks fitted with LEDs and air pollution monitoring equipment, which give live, visual indications of ambient air pollution and its threat to human health. These masks were used to build human stories in countries including Croatia, India, Poland, the UK and the USA.
